Policy
1. After you receive it and before you open the weft head, you can return it to us in 7 days to get 100% refund for your hair but not including shipping cost.
2. After you open the package and weft head but before you use it, if you find any quality issue on weft head or hair itself, you can return to us to get replacement. In such case, we pay for the shipping cost of new replacement but you need to pay for the shipping cost to send it back.
3. After you use it, the cause of the issue is hard to be defined due to human hair weft is natural product, we don't support on refund.
How to wash
- Preparing a pot of warm water, big tooth comb, dry towel and shampoo
- Comb the hair before it get wet
- Wetting the hair and add the shampoo into the water
- Using the clean water to wash again
- Comb the hair after it dry.
How to Care
¤Use gentle shampoo to wash your hair.
¤Keep your hair well conditioned.
¤Use the low heat when blow drying hair.
¤Just like your natural hair, hair extensions will get damaged with excessive brushing and exposure to heat.
¤Do not discover the hair on sunshine too long.
¤Do not blows the root of hairs too near with the hair drier
¤Do not grasping the root of hair overexert when washing.
¤If the hair is straight, pls straighten it after wash. If it is wave, pls put some hair gel for holding this wave.
¤Be mindful of how long you expose your extensions to heat when straightening or curling.
¤Wash your hair and scalp every 3 –5days.
¤If you want to keep your extensions long lasting and smooth, my suggestion is put some hair oil regularly.
